Here you will find a brief summary of the most important points.
The flat is available from 15.00 on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the flat by 10.00 a.m. at the latest.
The Rainer bakery in Sillian ensures that you can start the day with fresh bread rolls. We offer a bread delivery service from Monday to Saturday. Please let reception know by 8.00 pm the day before and we will organise the bread delivery for you.
If you are unable to start your holiday with us, the following cancellation policy applies:
In the event of cancellation, the deposit paid less € 10.00 processing fee will be refunded.
When booking, we recommend taking out travel insurance. This can be taken out directly with each booking or here.
We are also happy to offer a cleaning and ironing service for an additional charge. You will find a laundry bag in the flat. The prices are available at reception.
On the ground floor there is a lounge for communal use. There is a coffee machine with capsules (capsules are available from us), games, books and much more.
When booking a flat, a deposit of 35% of the total price is required. The remaining amount is paid on site in cash or by EC / credit card.
The following reductions apply for children travelling with two or more full-paying adults:
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house for all guests.
We accept cash payments and payments with debit & credit cards.
Cars can be parked in front of the house in an uncovered parking space.
We also welcome your four-legged friends in the following flat categories: Bergkristall, Citrin & Aquamarin for € 19,00 per night without food. We ask for a deposit of € 100.00 for any damage. This will be refunded on departure if there are no defects.
To keep your valuables safe, there is a safe in each flat.
For the well-being and health of our guests, the house and flats are absolutely smoke-free.
