The most important questions
Your four-legged friend is also very welcome in the Bergkristall, Citrin and Aquamarin apartments. Please let us know in advance if you’re bringing your pet. The charge is €19.00 per night (food not included).
You’ll be asked to pay a deposit of €100.00 to cover any potential damage. Provided everything is in order when you check out, you’ll, of course, receive a full refund of your deposit.
Yes, we have free Wi-Fi available for you. There are also free parking spaces right outside the building – it’s really straightforward and you won’t have to spend ages looking for a space.
Check-in is available from 3.00 pm; on the day of departure, we ask that you vacate the flat by 10.00 am.
Please let us know your approximate arrival time when you book. We would also ask you to give us a quick call about 30 minutes before you arrive.
Yes, bed linen and towels are provided in our flats and will be laid out for you on arrival. If you’d like them changed during your stay, just let us know.
