Children's discounts
The following reductions apply for children travelling with two or more full-paying adults:
- Children up to 2 years 100% reduction
- Children from 3 to 5 years 30% reduction
- Children from 6 to 12 years 10% reduction
Cancellation conditions
If you are unable to start your holiday with us, the following cancellation policy applies:

You can cancel free of charge up to 1 month before arrival.

From 30 days to 22 days before the arrival date, 40% of the total price will be charged.

From 21 days to 15 days before the arrival date, 70% of the total price will be charged.

From 14 days to 8 days before the arrival date, 90% of the total price will be charged.

For cancellations made during the last week before arrival, we charge 100% of the travel price.

In case of no-show, the full travel amount will be charged.

In case of cancellation, the deposit paid will be refunded minus a €15.00 processing fee.
When booking, we recommend that you take out travel insurance. This can be taken out directly with each booking or here.

Visitor's tax
The visitor's tax is € 2,60 per person and night from the age of 15.

Athletes' contribution
Athletes using the biathlon centre must pay an additional fee of €1.50 per person per night. Please inform reception of this.
